This is the 10th podcast in the series where we interview interesting Information Technology type people. This week we are focusing on Lynette van Reenen. She is the Head of the Agile Portfolio Office at Standard Bank. She has an interesting role as she is in the process of transitioning a traditional Project Office to a construct that will support an Agile Organisation. Standard Bank does not run projects any more which means the whole notion of a Project Office needs to be re-shaped.
Interestingly, she also moved to Portugal to open a restaurant. Have a listen to see how this came about and what she thought of the experience.
